Terms of Service

Last updated July 20, 2026

Using the skill

You are responsible for evaluating the installer output, configuring approved integrations, safeguarding credentials, and ensuring that your prospecting activity follows applicable law, provider terms, and internal policy. Copying an install command does not itself install or configure the skill.

Responsible prospecting

Do not use the service for deceptive targeting, unlawful collection, harassment, or outreach that ignores required notices and opt-out requests. Human review should remain part of targeting, content approval, and sending decisions.

Third-party services

Connected runtimes, data providers, email systems, and destinations operate under their own agreements. Their availability, data quality, and performance are outside Bardeen's control.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee contact accuracy, replies, inbox placement, revenue, or uninterrupted operation. Test workflows with a limited scope and verify outputs before operational use.

Environment security

You must maintain reasonable controls for the device, agent workspace, package manager, and credentials used with the skill. Revoke a key when its scope is no longer required, investigate unexpected tool calls, and remove access for people who no longer participate in the workflow. You remain responsible for reviewing commands and permissions.

Intellectual property

The service, documentation, and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms permit use of the service but do not transfer ownership of the underlying software or branding. You retain responsibility for content and data you lawfully provide.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited where use creates security risk, violates these terms, or interferes with the service. You may stop using the skill by revoking credentials, disconnecting integrations, and following the uninstall procedure provided by your runtime.

Local law

Some jurisdictions do not allow specific warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so portions of these terms may not apply to you. Seek qualified advice when your use involves regulated data or high-impact decisions.

Changes

These terms may change as the service evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
